Each 6-day training is unique and created in the moment, one-to-one and bespoke. This is an opportunity to work with Spirit and connect with your unique, authentic soundhealing voice. YOU are the instrument through which Spirit flows. Our aim is to be a clear, heart-centred channel. You will have the opportunity to discover technique, experiment and explore in a beautiful supportive environment; to witness and receive soundhealings for your personal development and healing journey.
Whether your aim is to give group sound healing sessions, merge your existing healing modalities with sound, or something else entirely, this training course will give you all the preparation you need.
6-day course … one day a week spread over 6 consecutive weeks, or 2 days a week over consecutive 3 weeks, or 3 days over 2 consecutive weeks. The £s exchange is £100 per day. Payments can be made in one go, or in two instalments, with a full commitment to completing the 6 day course. The days are from 11am till 6pm, with an hour break at 2pm for lunch. Days available are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and some weekends; throughout the year, when it works for you. You choose when you would like to come. The first 2 days are instruction and exploration of the instruments, followed by experimentation with techniques…. plus personal clearing through one-to-one sessions.

The last 2 days involve you giving sessions to invited guests, under supervision and mentorship.

ALI RABJOHNS – Shamanic Practitioner of Andean Energy Medicine, with a lineage from the Q’ero nation in the High Andes. She works closely with her teacher Pampamesayoq Don Agustin Machacca Flores, organising retreats in Peru and the UK. As an Arts Counsellor MBACP (Accred), Ali works with an integrative and humanistic model of arts counselling, supporting clients and helping them to access their inner world safely as group or individual work. I am a certified shiatsu practitioner and have over thirty years experience of giving shiatsu sessions and ten years of teaching shiatsu at the British School of Shiatsu.
Shiatsu is a hands-on Japanese healing art that supports and strengthens the body’s natural ability to heal and balance itself. Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing experience. It works on the whole person – not just the physical body, but also on a psychological, emotional and spiritual being.

What is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture is a technique where practitioners stimulate certain points on the body, usually by inserting thin needles through the skin.
Who can benefit from Acupuncture?
Anyone can benefit – studies suggest that acupuncture stimulates the release of the body’s natural painkillers and brings the body back into balance, positively enhancing overall physical, mental and emotional well-being.
What can be treated with Acupuncture?
It can support you with acute and chronic pain, digestive disorders, anxiety and stress related issues, menstrual and menopausal symptoms, fatigue, migraines, sleep patterns – these are just a few of the conditions. The person with the condition is treated rather than the condition affecting the person.
Is Acupuncture safe?
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) recommends acupuncture for primary chronic pain relief. Occasionally slight bruising may appear after a needle is removed. A patient may experience lethargy afterwards for a short time.
Should I tell my GP?
If taking prescribed medication, it is suggested that you consult your doctor prior to treatment. BAcC trained acupuncturists need to be aware of any prescription medication and/or supplements that you take. They are trained to recognise potentially serious underlying health conditions and make GP referrals when appropriate.
Dental Hygiene
As well as seeing patients for acupuncture, I see a few dental hygiene patients 1 or 2 days per week.
My preferred technique has always been the meticulous gentle hand scaling of teeth, until I invested in the best version of the EMS Airflow system and became certified as a Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) provider.
This is an absolute game changer for dental hygiene treatment. It is minimally invasive, gentle, safe, and virtually pain free. The water is heated to body temperature, making it feel more like a spa treatment.
Most local practices have not invested in systems like this, instead choosing to spend on equipment for repairing dental disease rather than preventing it.
Dentistry has changed a lot over the last few years. You are no longer obligated to see the hygienist in the same practice as your dentist, and if you pay privately to see a hygienist then you are entitled to choose where you go and who you see.

ROBIN SHELL – EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) TAPPING; REIKI ‘MASTER’ level 3; SHAMANIC JOURNEYING PRACTITIONER
Emotions are energy. Energy can be shifted. Talking is a powerful way to release stuck emotions but often the negative energy of painful life experiences can also get stuck in our bodies and talking alone does not release it. Tapping is a great addition to traditional talking therapy. Also, when we combine talking / tapping with other energy modalities, clients can be more fully freed from the pain of trauma, loss, low self esteem and other life struggles.
EFT (emotional freedom technique) or Tapping is a gentle technique. Based on acupuncture and the Meridian system, Tapping uses vibration to calms the brain and releases old emotional blocks which have been holding you back. It’s easy to learn so you can use it on your own when you need to.
In these short 20 minute sessions we will tap on a simple, current anxiety or worry to help you gain clarity around your issue and to clear some of the the emotional baggage that is causing the worries. I may also invite you to use aromatherapy oils and crystals to enhance your healing process.
Sessions are 1 hour. The first 1/2 hour taster session is £20. My fees are £45 face to face and £50 for online sessions. Online sessions can be booked in blocks of 6 for £270. I offer reduced fees for low income clients.
SHAMANISM is a spiritual practice not a religion. It is based on the principles of animism (Spirit in all life) and the power of working with Helping Spirits. Living Shamanically means to be in relationship with the spirit of all things and live connected with Nature and all of Creation.
SHAMANISM is also a healing tradition, concerned with the health of the individual, as well as the health of the entire community.
I am trained in shamanic journeying. This means that through shamanic drumming or rattling I am able to enter a mild trance state which allows me to connect with the realms of the invisible Spirit worlds. Once there, I work with my Spirits to provide wisdom, power (energy) or healing for my client.

Hi, I am Sam. I have worked within the massage and well-being industry for 30 yrs. I specialise in holistic and clinical massage techniques. I am qualified in many techniques including Thermal Stone therapy, Thai foot, Balinese and clinical massage.
