For the able-bodied, not-so-able-bodied, and those with limited mobility
Teenagers and Adults of all ages and genders welcome
SUNDAY MORNINGS throughout the winter months –
12th OCTOBER, 2nd NOVEMBER, 28th DECEMBER 2025 + 18thJANUARY, and 15th, 22nd FEBRUARY 2026
£20/£10 a session. You choose what you can afford. Bring cash on the day, if possible, please.
Crystal Connections from 10am to 12.30am (arrive for 9.45am)
9.45am Doors open – Deposit coats, bags, shoes in Reception. Bring water, mats etc, valuables into hall. Pay at entrance.
10am – CRYSTAL CONNECTIONS session begins. The Hall doors will be locked from 10am.
Bring water, cushion, yoga mat and blanket. Wear loose layered comfortable clothing.
There will be chairs for those who choose or are unable to lie down, or dance standing
CIRCLE INTRODUCTIONS AND 3 ‘FEELING’ WORDS – e.g. “Hi, I’m Ali” “I’m feeling curious, excited, restless”
MOVEMENT WARM-UP – Live DRUMMING + body drumming – move around room
SPIRITUAL DANCING to music soundtracks – Lightly guided.
The Dance Journey is about CONNECTION with Mother Earth, with our Inner Selves, with Others, with Higher Energies … then Transcendent Connection during the Crystal Soundbath.
Lying down to TRANSCENDENT LIVE SOUNDBATH – No guiding
Crystal Bowls, Crystal Pyramids, Crystal Merkabah, Crystal Chalice – played from stage and over prone bodies
Silence
Koshi Chimes played over prone bodies
CLOSING CIRCLE. Share 3 ‘feeling’ words – e.g. “I’m feeling energised, relaxed, peaceful” and conclude
