Hi, I’m Ali and this is my story. I’ve always found great joy in dancing, but 9 years ago I injured my knee badly, then the other knee followed suit 3 years later. It crippled me. I could barely stand or walk, let alone run or dance. Today they are recovered enough to walk without pain. Although my mobility is still compromised, and arthritis and advancing age are also on the agenda, I’m ever hopeful and actively seek improvement.
To be danceless has been a sorrow. This is why this event welcomes the less able bodied as well as those fit and healthy. Bring your spiritually inclined mums and dads, your aunties and uncles, your grandmas and granddads. Come join us x
